Pastor Ryan Bridgeo was born in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada. He graduated in 1996 from Kingswood University in Sussex, New Brunswick, and married his wife Holly that same year. Ryan and Holly moved to Crossnore, NC in 1998 working as house parents at Crossnore School Inc. for 6.5 years. Following their time at Crossnore, they served at Grace Covenant Church in Roanoke, VA, before moving to Plumtree, NC in 2006. They have 4 children, three boys and one girl; Jordan, Taylor, Micah, and Lauren. 

Ryan’s heart for the people of this area is found in Ephesian 4:10-13, “It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ”. Pastor Ryan’s desire is for the people to be trained and equipped to do the works of the ministry and sent out. He believes that the more people we have trained and discipled the more ministry is going to happen in our community and around the world to the glory of God.
